This year, in-person events will be held in cities across the country but for those walkers who are unable to attend these events, we invite you to participate in a virtual walk at a place and time of your choosing over the weekend of September 21 and 22.

As with previous years, each Walk will have the choice of supporting a local military program in their community or having funds raised support Veterans across Canada on their recovery journey, through the power of sport, arts and through the Invictus Games.

True Patriot Love is Canada’s Foundation for the military community, working to support military members, Veterans, and their families at every stage of their journey. True Patriot Love is proud to have won the bid to bring the Invictus Games to Canada for Toronto 2017 and for Vancouver Whistler 2025.

True Patriot Love works closely with sector partners to support the evolving needs of servicemembers in Regular Force, on Reserve, and in transitioning to civilian life and as Veterans. This includes funding programs that improve the rehabilitation and recovery journey through the power of sport, expeditions, and community-based programming, including being the largest funding partner of Team Canada at the Invictus Games.
