Our charity supplies Veterans with free donated tickets to sports games, concerts and plays to provide them with the sense of community they deserve. Feelings of social inclusion through attendance at cultural events can provide immense health benefits, and be protective/curative for many mental health struggles. By registering on our website vettickets.ca, Veterans can receive a pair of tickets to an event of their choosing, and bring a friend, loved one or support worker with them. Feedback on our initiative has been overwhelmingly positive, and by increasing our number of registrants through services like Veteran Hub, we will be able to secure more tickets from our sponsors, and serve more Veterans!
