Our services are available nationwide. SFI is an award-winning charity grounded in twenty years of social science research. Our evidence-based, bilingual mental health services are available for children/youth, adults, and their families, when and where they need them. SFI offers programming nationally to Military members, Veterans (military and RCMP) and their families as well as the OUTCAN community. The programs are designed to empower individuals with the skills they need to overcome anxiety, depression, behaviour issues, and more! We offer the following programs:

• Dry Nights Ahead (ages 5-12)
• ICAN (Adult Anxiety & Depression) (ages 18+)

A Strongest Families telephone support coach is standing by to help you, your child and your family. You can do the program from the comfort and privacy of your home.
